The road administration issues the mDL straight into the citizen's wallet, built to ISO 18013. From the Procivis One Desk it manages the credential for its whole life, updating entitlements, correcting details, suspending or revoking, with the change reflected at the next check. No queues at the counter, and no second system to run beside the physical license.
The license sits in the Procivis One Wallet next to the citizen's other credentials, protected by the device's own biometrics and available offline. The citizen stays in control of every share, and one wallet becomes the way into a wider set of public and private services, from signing documents to ordering official records.
Any verifier confirms a license in seconds, in person or online, connected or offline. Each check returns a proof signed by the issuing authority, so staff confirm a license is genuine without specialist training, and the citizen shares only what the moment calls for, the right to drive or proof of age.
