Since 2021, we are a subsidiary of Orell Füssli, a global leader in security printing of banknotes and physical identity documents.

Pioneering the current developments towards self-sovereign identity-based solutions, we are expanding our product portfolio by developing the next generation of trusted digital identities and certificates. Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in promoting and supporting our cutting-edge solutions. Your Responsibilities:

• Working closely with our software architects and developers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
• Explain the technical and architectural details of our products to customers and partners, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits and advantages.
• Answer technical and architecture questions, addressing any concerns or challenges they may have.
• Act as a technical point of contact, collaborating with customers and partners to develop tailored solutions and integrate our products into their existing environments.
• Provide technical sales support for our sales team, assisting with technical inquiries and providing expertise on our products.
• Respond to the technical part of Requests for Information (RfIs) and Requests for Proposals (RfPs), showcasing our technical capabilities and solutions.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience in technology consulting, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration
• Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are required  
• Pre-sales experience, including the ability to effectively answer RfPs and provide technical support during the sales process.
• Proficiency in software products and development
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with decentralized identity concepts and frameworks is highly desirable
